Recruiting personnel familiar with the real estate industry and that can provide the requisite expertise will always be an essential requirement. As any industry continues to evolve, the most valuable asset of a company will always be its individual team members and believe we have assembled a diverse team of professionals to accomplish the goals and objectives for the Company. The overall success and longevity of the Company will be due entirely to the commitment and contributions from the following team members:

John K. Mazzie

Asset Manager

John has over twenty years of related experience inclusive of property & asset management with complementary experience in development, leasing, budgeting, financial modeling & analysis, marketing, operations, site selection and team building within the shopping center industry as well as ten years in the retail industry.

A graduate of The University of Tennessee, John has completed two Baccalaureate of Science degrees: Finance (2004) and Marketing (1990).  He has several areas of interest including golf, scuba diving, mountain biking, day hiking and overnight backpacking as well as a willingness to partake in any form of personal development. Additional interests include faith based programs and organizations that allows him to grow personally and professionally remembering to always remain humble. 

As an active member within his community, John enjoys those opportunities to witness / mentor to individuals that may need occasional encouragement and by doing so is able to view a world that is much greater than any one person.

Leasing

The company is continually developing those specific relationships with 3rd party representatives that contribute to the annual lease up plan and will complement the efforts of all Company team members.

Marketing

The Company will create an internship opportunity for a local area college student that may be pursuing a business oriented course study and has the desire to work in commercial real estate.

The combined experience of all Company personnel as well as third party professional consultants is over 125 years and collectively provides us the ability to contribute individually and as a team.  The collaborative effort from all internal / external team members allows us to share ideas on operations and strategies as well as attentively focus on any specific challenges faced by any organization with a particular emphasis on:
