It is understood that consumers and residents who choose to patronize our real estate project(s) will do so based on any number of reasons including convenience, time, accessibility and impulse.
When one considers the level of established competition present in any given market as well as the selection consumers have, it will be necessary to adequately define and understand that our primary objective will be to always exceed the expectations of our consumers, tenants and residents. The “barriers to entry” for any market can be substantial which will require us to quickly familiarize ourselves with the dynamics of the local area and establish the necessary relationships to be mutually successful.
Our disciplined approach includes identifying the best locations as well as coordinating our efforts with that of any tenant prospects that are also desiring a location within the market and to ultimately create a destination oriented location that provides the visibility and accessibility for the consumers in our primary and secondary markets.
Market analysis for any development project shall include the following areas:

- Environmental.
- Location as defined by accessibility and visibility.
- Topographical.
- Adequate and available parking.
- Community reaction and acceptance.
- Availability (or lack thereof) of retail or multifamily offerings within the immediate area.
