History

CAP 8 Realty Advisors (and its subsidiaries) is a privately held investment company operating primarily within the retail and multifamily real estate asset classes.  The predecessor of the Company was founded in 2001 and building on over twenty nine years experience, the principal of the Company chose to leverage his combined experience towards the goal / objective of transitioning his career to that of Principal / Owner / Developer.

The corporate offices are headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee and include the following departmental areas:
